Je suis rentr茅 aux philippines avec ma femme (filipina) il y a 10 mois avec un visa Balik-Bayan, j'ai entendu parler de la possibilit茅 d'obtenir une prolongation de 6 mois, je voudrai savoir ce qu'il en est exactement, et quelle est la proc茅dure.
De plus, si mon 茅pouse et moi quittons les Philippines 8 jours, et rentrons ensuite, le visa Balik-Bayan, red茅marre t-il 脿 z茅ro ?

bien au contraire, la r茅ponse est tr猫s utile...
Pourquoi faire une demande de prolongement alors que tu pourrai tout simplement demand茅 ta carte de r茅sident permanent ????
En ce qui concerne le visa, tu peux demander une prolongation de 2 mois 脿 de nouveau 1 an, il faut en faire la demande au pr猫s de l'ambassade, mais c'est une perte de temps pour pas grand chose 脿 mon avis.
La r茅ponse est tr猫s simple, le Balikbayan ne requiert aucune formalit茅s, le renouvellement, je ne sais pas, je me renseigne, mais, par contre pour le visa permanent, il y a, je crois, de l'argent 脿 bloquer sur un compte, de nombreuses d茅marches, etc...
Avec ma femme, nous avons investi beaucoup d'argent pour monter un petit business, et je n'ai pas 10 000 US$ 脿 placer sur un compte. De plus, j'ai bien d'autres choses 脿 faire en ce moment que des d茅marches pour un visa permanent.
Maintenant, je peux me tromper, mais dans ce cas, ne lancez pas une phrase en l'air tel que "un visa permanent" sans argumenter.
Toutefois, c'est sympa d'essayer de me trouver une solution.

Alors je ne comprend pas d'ou viennes ses Informations, J'ai la carte permanente, je n'ais pas bloquer d脿rgent, n茅cessaire Uniquement pour L'ouverture d'une grande antreprises, je crois, mais ils faut justifer dun revenu. Si tu as tous les papiers ce sera fait en une journ茅e 脿 Manille.

Quelles sont les demarches a faire pour avoir une carte de resident? Je dois rentrer en france pour quelques mois et a mon retour mon ami et moi allons entamer la procedure pour nous marrier (il est philippin). Lorsque je lis ce post ou il faudrait 10000dollars sur un compte je panique. Je pensais que le simple fait detre marie avec un philippin accordait le titre.de resident. Faut il faire des demarches supplementaire? Faut il encore payer pour optenir ce droit? Doit ton payer quelque聽 chose annuellement et si oui combien?
j'ai beau chercher sur internet, les uns et les autres se contredisent, je me renseignerai lundi aux services d聮immigrations ici 脿 Dumaguete ou l'ambassade 脿 Manille...
Si tu rentre en france c'est plus facile, mais peut-etre un peut long.Tu vas aux consula des Phil, et tu demande le formulaire pour Emigrand. ne pas dir que tu veut travailler si tel est ton Intention. tu fourni les attestations m茅dical et tous les Papier demand茅s par poste ou tu les portes, puis tu dois attendre un rendez-vous avec le consule. ce rendez-vous ils va te demander plein de choses, J'etai avertie et tu dois bien dir que tu AIme les Philippines, tous Positif sur les Ph.

Je rentre en france dans un mois pour mettre un peu dargent de cote en esperant trouver un petit boulot alimentaire... et a mon retour aux philippines nous commencerons la procedure de mariage. Concernant mes revenus... je nen ai pas. Jespere pouvoir trouver un travail une fois mariee. Jespere que du coup les choses ne seront pas plus compliquees pour nous. Cest deja bien difficile..

Je Pende que cela ne sufit pas, en plus tu n'a pas le droit de travailler, au tant que tu n'aura pas de visa. tu peut essayer un visa de travail, je ne veut pas te d'茅courager, ca ne marchera pas. Les Phil ont quelques millions de chaumeurs, ils n'en veulent pas plus. j'en connais deux ils sont ill茅gal.

le visa balikbayan tu peux l'avoir seulement si tu voyages ta femme philippine pour les enfants c'est pareil ,聽 de plus apr猫s l'avoir eu si tu voyages seul il ne te sert 脿 rien , il faut absoluement que ton 茅pouse voyage avec toi ou alors il te faudra un visa normal si tu reste plus de 30 jours
