You can still get the visa in kenya.establish residence and get a postal address.very simple process.a visitors visa will allow you entry though you can get at least one month visa on arrival at the airport

Get a BNB for a few weeks. Give that address.

They really don't check..

Just to note, you don't need to buy land as a condition for obtaining a Class K Permit.聽 Neither would you need to start by booking into a reputable hotel.聽 There are plenty of options for renting an apartment, or similar for 6 months or more, which would most likely be cheaper than an Airbnb.
