Domestic help plus limited cooking

Hi

Am planning to go to Libya in a months time and am looking for domestic help for a 3 months period as I met with a small accident resulting doctor advised me that I can use walker or wheelchair to discharge my official duties.

I can help myself in my washroom activities but I need someone to stand by me in the event of a fall to hold me. Any suggestions for domestic support in this regard?
