You could change the title to something like 'FAQ by Expats' or 'Look here first before posting a question' or 'There are no stupid questions, just stupid people'

Things have changed dramatically since this thread was created, and they continue to change aggressively even today, January 28th, 2018 (currency-exchange prices for example). Posts and comments before 2011 may not be 100% relevant today, but they can still be very useful in understanding the economic, cultural and political trajectory.
