Business venture with Libyan partner

I am currently seeking a Libyan partner to engage in security services throughout Libya. Ideally, the business partner must have sufficient financial backing. Good connections and contacts through the region are vital. Thus enabling our venture to prosper.

Because business is not all about financial support and contacts! How about expertise, training, administrative knowledge, marketing etc?

With transparency, cooperation and transfer of knowledge, business will flourish.
