I have problem with my EP Cancellation

Hey my EP gonna finish on 26th/9/2018
My passport gonna be Expired so i apply new passport and all goes smooth i got new passport then i did聽 transfer of endorsement to the new passport .. all smoth and i transfer my visa to my new passport ... so now i almost have 1 month on my visa.. and my working contract finished and all ok my emplyee super nice and project finish so i have no work any more ... but i apply to study master at UTEM i got the offer latter .. uni ask me to canncel my pass here the problem come ... my HR say i have no option of canncel in the system she say ... (i dont find the cancellation button) she say there is no cacellation button for my app for no reason she say other emplyers got only me i dont have it now what should i really do tho my uni ask cancel pass and do shorten pass so i can apply for student pass and start my study pls help me

Your passport needs sending to immigration dept to cancel the visa. But I think you may have to exit Malaysia and wait for VDR to return to get the Student Visa

How to send my pasaport if mdec .. dont wanna aprove my cancellation pass 1st ... i asked my uni they say .. emgs rules say i dont have to leave the country i cancle my pass got shorten pass 1st ... wait aprove in side the country if aprove didnt come then i pass my passport to uni then they will give me 2nd pass for 30 days .. in that case if aprove didnt come at all i should leave the country for 2 weeks any country near by ... got the val for student pass and enter malaysia again
