Guys,

I got selected in one company on last year in the month of March-2018.
Finished first stage of visa process.But due to some health problems,I didnt travel and informed the hiring company that I was not joined.

Now I got again new offer from some other company and I want to travel now.

Will it create any problem now due to first stage of visa which was already completed ?
Or any other problem will I face during visa process?

Will it be a problem for me now to travel for current job, if the last year job visa approval letter is for 24 months?

Do last year job employer need to cancel that approval?
If they didn't cancel, Will it be a problem for current employer to process approval letter now?

Please help.

The approval letter is only current for 6 months and the permission expires after that time. No need to cancel as not valid now. However the first company may need to clear their database entry showing the application they made, in order to allow the new application to be processed. In other words the old application can block the new one. Sometimes companies use this trick to 'punish' people who waste their time and money by dropping out of a recruitment.
