Residential house construction cost in Colombo

I am instead to build 4 bed room double storey house.聽 (open plan )聽 .聽

I understand construction cost is depending聽 on many variable聽 such as聽 quality of material . I noticed that there are some discussion in simile topic in 2013 and聽 indicate that聽 cost would be Rs 2500~ 5000 SqF.

Could you please know聽 me聽 approximate聽 cost per Sq feet.

It would cost around 4500 - 5000 LKR / Sq Ft but this amount would always vary depending on your requirements. If you want to obtain a loan, I suggest that you get it through Seylan Bank as their service is really good. Check out their website -
