Query in rght time to apply for Permanent Residence

Hi all. Need a quick info regarding the timing for applying for Permanent Residence.

I started working in Belgium in April 2019. However, my Residence permit was only made from August 2019 due to delays regarding house search in Brussels.

Will I be able to apply for PR in April or August 2024? Or even earlier? I live in Etterbeek commune.

Hello. Start counting from the day you got your first annexe 15 pending residence check. After exactly 5 years of that time, you complete 5 years of legal residence and thus eligible for PR
