Cracks inside under the windows in the house at one side

I'm getting our uPVC single glazed windows replaced and am aware that some of the window s have cracks in the plaster underneath them . Do you have any idea what could be the cause of them and聽 once the frames are replaced will I be聽 able to get them plastered over and the rooms painted?

Good idea 馃槈 I don't speak Bulgarian but I could point out the cracks and ask. Thank you x

@kaththomas700 It could just be a bit of movement over the years and is common in the older properties here. We filled the cracks after fitting our double glazing, and once ready, repainted.
