Hello,


According to :


One no longer needs a residency card to register. They are doing provisional registration with 90 days time to submit everything including residency card.



Does any one have any experience with this? My Portuguese is limited and use Google translate. Do you just go to your local centro de sa煤de and ask for it or Can this be done online?
