D8 (Digital Nomad) Visa - interviews only available in Washington DC?

Hi All - I live in San Francisco and I'm looking to set up an interview for my D8 Visa. I've been reviewing the VFS website and as of right now it seems like the three options in the US are each doing a different type of Visa? Case in point - only the DC office is offering interview for the D8 Visa. Would it be ok for me to book an appt there and fly in for the interview?

Hi Eddie, Welcome.

I think you should first contact the PT consulate in San Francisco or complain to VFS Global about why this option isn't available in SF. It could be a parameterisation problem, as happened here:

@JohnnyPT I called VFS and you're exactly right - they're having issues with the site. They said to just book an appt under whatever option was available (screenshot that there was only one option available) and show up ready to discuss the visa you need to discuss.
