I'm married to an Algerian boy.

I would like to know how he can apply for an Romanian passport.

PS.
We are currently living聽 in UK, we get married here and we are planing to go in Romania next year.

Please advise us.

Trebuie sa-ti legalizezi statutul in Ro, altfel pentru el nu e usor cu visa/passport and si la fel si pentru tine aici!

Ne-am casatorit in UK si locuim aici.

Vreau sa stiu daca poate sa aplice pt pasaport romanesc.

aaaa acum am inteles.
Deci tre sa imi traduc certificatul de casatorie in romana si apoi sa aplice pt pasaport.

Dar daca aplica pt pasaport romanesc aici in UK?

He can't apply for a Romanian passport unless he's a Romanian citizen.聽 He has to apply for a passport for whatever country he is a citizen.聽 He can apply for a Visa to come here and again it would be through the embassy of whatever country he is a citizen.

In most cases you have to be married聽 for several years before you can apply a foreign passport.
You can go to the Romanian Embassy for information.
