I need a mortgage

Hi Everyone
Is there anyone out there who can arrange a mortgage for a brit newly married to a romanian girl and only just arrived in Bucharest, we want to buy a house, or anyone who knows a financial advisor to help with this, we are about to approach the local banks but you know what its like being new here, they sometimes dont want to know.

Hi,

From our experience (Romanian married to American), it's a pretty stressful process but it's worth trying. We worked with a broker and got a loan last fall, after several banks absolutely refused giving us a loan simply because my husband is a foreigner.

I recommend AVBS Credit (), as they are very professional and helped me get a general idea about the process.
We ended up working with someone else, though (I can message you her work phone number, if you'd like, as I don't have the name of her company; she probably mentioned it but I never remembered it).

We applied in August and the bank transferred us the money in November. Also, they only considered my salary, so we didn't get the amount we would have needed, but it worked out for us.
