We are 70 years old and went through an insurance broker called GIDEA.聽 They set us up with DKV which is a German company.聽 They have a medical network that provides medical services.聽 The cost for us was less than Medicare Part B alone...plus in the U.S. we had to pay monthly premiums for supplemental medicare insurance.

The people at GIDEA speak English and are very helpful.聽 There were absolutely no problems and we are renewing our NLV next month.聽 The policy is renewable and complies with the visa renewal requirements.
