Lost case and have 1 month Jail and deportation

Hello Readers,

Maam/Sir,

I would like to ask advise coz i have been dealing a problem with my employer he file me stealing case once and after winning that he filed me false accusations again and now lost the case with 1 month jail and deportation after.

I already paid the bail for temporary release while my appeal was still in process, and I also have Runaway case which i didnt do and until now it was not remove by LMRa its been 7 months already.

Can i ask for advise where can i seek help to help me with my problems now and how what can i do to remove my runaway and to overturn the deportation and jail penalty? Because its hard to accept the judgement when you do not do the cases filed against me. 馃槶馃槶馃槶

The only option is to file an appeal with a higher court but there is no guarantee of success unless you can prove that the lower court judgement did not consider material facts.
