Investor Visa - In Progress - GDNPR

bert589

Hi,

I setup a company in Bahrain.

I previously worked in Bahrain for 21 months - for an oil company.
I left their employment and worked overseas in Asia.

I decided to setup a company in Bahrain.
The company was registered last week on 12 May 2014.

My 24 months visa Application was verified by LMRA on 14 May 2014.

Currently it shows the status of application:
Application is in progress with the GDNPR and will have a decision soon , if approved it will move to: await payment (status: Await GDNPR)

Today is 20 May 2014.
I have to fly out of Bahrain on 22 May 2014 - late at night.

My questions as follows:
* How long does the GDNPR take to make a decision for Investor Visa's?
* Could they still make a decision before I leave on 22 May 2014?
* If I leave on 22 May 2014 - will I need to reapply?
* Can I reapply from overseas? & is a medical required?
* Can I use a visa medical done in Bahrain to reapply from overseas? Or does the medical have to be done in my home country?
* I did not provide any NOC to GDNPR with my application from my old employer in Bahrain? Does GDNPR require an NOC from my old employer?

Thanks,
Bert

Thanks mate - have read most of the forum.
I thought I would ask some more specific questions - for mine and others benefit.
If there are no answers to my specific questions - so be it.
