First step: performed by CR owner(the seller).
1. Select 鈥淐ommercial Registration鈥� menu.
2. Online Authorization, select 鈥淐R Holder 鈥� (the seller)鈥�.
3. Select 鈥淣ew鈥�.
4. Typethe CR no. without the branch no. then click 鈥渟earch鈥�.
5. Select the main branch then click 鈥渟ave and 肠辞苍迟颈苍耻别鈥�.
6. Select 鈥淭ransfer Type鈥�, upon your selection the fields will appear.

existing CR When the seller will sell all or some of his branches to a buyer that
already owns a CR.
new CR When the seller will sell all or some of his branches and the buyer
doesn鈥檛 own a CR. (The CR no. change to a new one).
same CR When the seller will sell his all branches to a buyer that doesn鈥檛 own a
CR. . (The CR no. doesn鈥檛 change).
To ICR The branches transferred will be 鈥淚ndividual Establishment鈥�.
To CCR The branches transferred will be 鈥淐ompany鈥�.
7. Select branches to transfer.
8. Click on 鈥淎dd individuals鈥� button to add (delegator-buyer) information (CPR no.) then click
鈥渧alidate person鈥� then 鈥渁dd鈥� then click 鈥淪ave and 肠辞苍迟颈苍耻别鈥�.
9. click 鈥淪ubmit鈥�.

Second Step: performed by the buyer.
1. Select 鈥淐ommercial Registration鈥� menu.
2. Online Authorization, select 鈥淎pplicant 鈥� (the buyer)鈥�.
3. Click on application no appears., ex: OAxxxxxxxxxxxx.
4. Review application details, if details are wrong click 鈥淩eject鈥� or click 鈥渁pprove鈥� to proceed
in this application, then click 鈥渁pplication鈥�.
5. Upload any required documents (fields in red are mandatory) then click 鈥淪ave and
肠辞苍迟颈苍耻别鈥�.
6. Select preferred language for SMS messages then click 鈥淪ubmit鈥�.
The System will send SMS SMS messages to your mobile no. that is in the system for each action on
your application.

You might be asked to appear in front of Notary to amend the MOA.
