Medical test in Bahrain

Good day.
I did my pre employment medical test in April and got my work visa ready. I am aware that I will have to undergo another medical in Bahrain. (Flying in to Bahrain on the 30th of July).
My problem is that I have gained a great amount of weight since the first medical, due to lockdown, working from home and not being able to go to the gym and so on.
Do somebody perhaps know if you can be declared unfit for work in Bahrain based on your BMI (weight).
