Mobility issues

My one-year contract has been completed. After that, my previous company applied for my visa under withdrawal permission without my consent.

Later, my new company initiated my mobility order, which was open at that time. My new company has already paid all required fees related to mobility and visa processing.

Currently, my new visa is still under process, but a mobility issue has now arisen, which is causing a delay in my case, even though all legal requirements from my side have been fulfilled.

I would like to know whether mobility is still permissible in this situation and what options are available to resolve this issue, so that my mobility and visa process can be completed without unnecessary delay.
