hi folks,
hope everyone聽 are doing well ,due to this unprecedented situation of corona virus , i got call from my organisation that i got sacked when i was in vacation in my country. while i am checking through LMRA site for my visa status it shows "no data found"聽 as i want to pursue my career here in bahrain,聽 so my questions are 1) whether i am聽 eligible to come back to Bahrain with same visa again , 2) the organisation i was working for didn't paid me my last month salary how can i get that.

Hello,
Very sorry to hear about your situation, once your visa is cancelled you cannot come back on the same one, you will need get a new visa.

Regarding the termination, your employer cannot cancel your visa when on leave ()聽 You may send an email to Ministry of Labor or try calling them on 17873777 and explain them the issue.

As above.聽 The visa has been cancelled so you can't come back.聽 And for the second, file a case with MOL.

many thanks for the prompt reply, can please tell me also why visa status showing " no data found ":聽 is聽 this mean visa expired or some thing else.

sorry this are the words which is flashing " The requested record does not exist in the system "

If the expat is in the country when the visa is cancelled, it shows expired or visa not valid.

Once the expat leaves the country, he is removed from the CR of the company and health fee balance is refunded.聽 The message of "requested record does not exist" appears after this.

To keep it simple, you don't have a visa right now.

Can he travel back on visit visa or Another work visa, or he is only allowed to travel after the cancel visa expiry date as I am too in same situation please help. as my too visa shows error: the requested record does not exist in the system and as said earlier by you all the visa is cancelled so is there any way i can travel on visit visa or work visa. please help.
