Hello sir
presently iam living in india..I came to bahrain on e visit visa on feb 2018, but unfortunately overstayed 7 months. Later i pay the fined and departed bahrain. Now one of the employer wants to hire me for a job and when employer applying for a work visa the immigration doesn't issuing me the employment visa. Whats the reason ? I already checked the lmra website which showing no travel ban.

Kindly help me out.

LMRA website will not show anything.聽聽Bans or denial of entry has nothing to do with LMRA.

There are two types of bans; one is ordered by execution court for things like unpaid debts or other cases (travel bans) and the second is related to immigration which is for things like security, previous overstays etc.聽聽

You overstayed for 7 months and were in the country illegally when your visa expired.聽 What did you expect to happen?聽聽and you are seriously asking what is the reason for the visa being refused?

You do this in any country in the world and they will not give you a visa again.

you mean to say in future i cannot travel to bahrain anymore....

No one can say for sure.聽 It could be that immigration will never issue you a visa because of your past overstay or it could be that they will, if your employer pushes enough or is a big influential company.

i want to leave bahrain because i have already cancelled visa but the problem is i went to immigration they say they will speak to my sponsor first before they let me to exit bahrain i really wanted to exit because i am now over the grace period can anyone help me what to do

Salam brother.
My name is khashif ur Rehman ****
six month ago i left Bahrain.
I face my cases and paid the fines that was on my behalf or聽 because of my sponsor as his CR was cancelled and in result my visa expired for 5 months though fees utility bill etc i paid in court hearing while my sponsor also fled from Bahrain beyond my knowledge. During this period i jailed for about 30 days due to courts hearing
I called to LMRA & they聽 said聽 that you can apply for fresh visa but from immigration behalf i can not inquire.
Can you suggest me any way that i get to know about or can you assist me with this query .

Don't post passport details for your safety.

Someone has to check directly in immigration with your details. But the problem is that because of jail and overstay, they may reject visa even if there is no ban.聽 Your sponsor should help push it for you.

Thanks for your kind & quick response. I wish that i find someone聽 to do this query. As well i wish my sponsor also face the authorities of doing ill practice of his responsibilities.

I have completed ten months in Bahrain . I say that my owner not give me salary from last two months.
when i told him for salary they told me i cancel ur visa and deport u to ur country. What can i do brother pls help me. If my visa is cancelled can i eligible for apply new job or not.
pls help me.

i am in Bahrain.

I am working in a company and my visa has not been renewed my company since last 7 months. but the company is paying monthly fees.now it is an emergency what should I do to go home(india).if anyone help me very much thankful

As I keep explaining, the monthly fee has NOTHING to do with your visa.

Your visa has been expired for 7 months.聽 You are here illegally.聽 You have to go to immigration, pay the fine and then leave.聽 You won't be able to come back.
