Approved-Pending Employee Transfer Completion

Dear Members, I want your suggestion. I have accepted the new request on Qiwa and the 90-day notice period is initiated. Now the status is showing "approved - pending employee transfer completion". I have my current contract ongoing in Qiwa. Let me know if I will terminate my current contract which is due to expire after one month, will I get transferred automatically to the new Co.?
