What is the meaning of exit and resignation

Am in Saudi arabia my contract is 2 years and it's Will ends 2 months time and I don't want to continue again I talk to my line manager he gives me resignation forms to fill and my contract will end on 3rd May 2021 and he told me to write my final date 2nd May 2021 please I don't understand help me its right process or not

Bro don't do any paperwork first read all then sing and say directly I don't want to renew my contact I want exit if he not do you can go police station and say your problem
