Many of you (including me) will live in a complex with lots of residents (permanently (typically around 30%) or as owners (for holidays)), many of the owners (in our case anyhow) will by Russian. The RUB is not to doing very well and expenses in TRY is lets say frowned upon. This can create issues, nobody wants to pay a higher Aidat (but inflation is there, minimum salaries increase (massively), ..) Still many do not want to accept.

I presenented already for at least a year it should be much, much higher, but a majority of owners do not want to pay/increase,

What is your experience with Aidat?
