As the father and/or spouse of a Brazilian, you can apply for naturalization with one year of continuous residence in Brazil after the issue date of your CRNM, as long as you have not been out of Brazil for more than 90 days during that period.  If you have, that broke your continuity, so you can apply after one year of continuous residency after your return.

Thanks for the information, I am really grateful. However, the only time I stayed outside for more than 90 days was during the Pandemic lockdown which I returned when the borders were opened, do you think that will affect my 1 year stay?

How long were you out of the country, and how much time were you in Brazil between the issue date of your CRNM and your return?

My RNE was issued in February last year and I travelled in March {same month that the Lockdown started), I couldn't return until December last year, practically I stayed for 5 weeks after issuance of the RNE before I left

So, you've been absent from Brazil for at least nine of the twelve months since you've had your CRNM? I doubt very much that the Polícia Federal will accept your petition for naturalization, even if you have all of the required background checks and a passing certificate on the CelpeBras.
