|In there place the government organizations are asked to honor the publishing of your name in the Portaria.
After getting your name published in the Portaria, take your Protocolo with the Pedido de Naturalizacao, your CPF, CIE, and a print out of the portaria page with your name and details mentioned on it to the nearest IGP to submit your fingerprints and get registered for your RG
They will take your fingerprints and your photo so be prepared for that (I was caught off guard as I just went to check on what needs to happen next however they just did the entire process at the same time
)Your RG should be ready in about 5 to 15 days time, pick it up and then if you are a male, head to Junta militar to register your name with them (applicable for all males under the age of 45), and also get your Titulo de Eleitor sorted.
Once all of that is done, you can apply for your passport immediately

It was a simple process, they issued a temporary enlistment document immediately and asked me to come back after 2 weeks to pick up the original.
