Is this the best place to find people to socialize with? I'm in Ipil - about 12 minutes from downtown Ormoc. I see expats all the time. Some may want to chat, others may not. I'm hoping to find a central location or place on the web where we can communicate, plan coffee, ask advice regarding local issues, etc. Does anyone know of such a place geographically or on the internet? I have not yet found something suitable on this site.
