I have "needed" to correct often the common WRONG "knowledge" of foreigners cant own land at all but we can own a share if fullfiling some demands and doing it a correct way.

E g聽 Starting with an "interview" or "You are selected" wasteing time saying such crap to me. I want sellers to tell direct what they have and to what costs. Then I decide direct if I will buy or not OR can need to think of it. NO CHANCE they can make me change my mind by some sale technique if I dont say Yes direct...聽
I would be a terrible seller of ONE TIME products as e g vacuum cleaners聽 聽
