letter from company to Real Estate office

I got apartment on rent and need letter from company for Real Estate office, Company head office is in another city. I talked to HR聽 but they said send the Sample letter so that they can make paper for me. (strange). the guy is new and other guy is on vacations.

Anybody help me by sending text or sample letter.

Another excuse to not get the job done. He is allowed to use google.
Its a letter which state as that you are employed with the "company name" joining date from _____ and this letter is issued to "real estate office name" with no responsibility on our part. It doesn't even need to say your salary or attestation form chamber of commerce.
