I have land in rural Chiangmai and want to build a tiny house on it. I found a contractor who is willing to build it for me for 300000 THB. Brick walls, concrete floor, bathroom, tiled. Is it an okay price or way too much?

@johan456 Are you sure it is 20 Sq Metres, that is crazy small. If it is correct then it is far too much. Read More
