The Carta should show the expiry date.聽 If the Carta was only valid for 5 years it may have expired, but this should not mean you cannot enter Italy.聽 Depending on where you come from, you may need a visa, however.聽聽I do not know whether you can renew an expired Carta. You may have to start again?
